Excellent room! Booked the Wellness room, complete with sauna and jacuzzi. Well worth it and enjoyed both. Hotel is in a good location, though a bit of a walk to city center. Definitely suggest renting one of the hotel bikes. Restaurant was good, nothing to write home about but convenient. Staff was mediocre at best. Bartenders were super blah, front desk staff seemed uninterested and an employee attempted to hit on my fiancé while she was working in the business center very early in the morning. All in all, staff wasn’t “bad” but definitely wasn’t “good”. Stay here for the exceptional rooms, just don’t expect to be impressed by the staff. Except for the housekeeping, they were great.

Its a great modeern hotel with many amenities. The price is a little high for being a little far from everything. The neighborhood has quite a bit of trash and litter.

Lovely hotel. Only issue was the lack of lighting on the corridor which led to difficulties when placing the key card into the socket on first entry. Had to put the torch on my iPhone to obtain some light to see what I was doing.

It was very good! Very comfortable, staff were lovely and a great view. We prefer to sleep with the window open so fyi it’s quite noisy but we prefer that so was perfect. Lovely views. Only issue was the swimming pool wasn’t particularly warm but then again we went at 9/10pm so to be expected. Great links to the centre only 2 tram stops and the station was a minute walk away.

This property is not walking distance from Amsterdam central station. We had two single beds and I have never seen such a narrow bed in my life. I literary barely slept because I felt like I was going to constantly fall off every-time I turned over. I feel like they need to invest in proper beds so their clients sleep after long days of walking around the city. The rooms are modern but very dark and hard to get ready in the morning.

Booked this property purely for the “wellness” part of it. On arrival my wife wanted to book some of these treatments which were offered. We were told that they can’t offer anything as the lady who does this has child care problems and they don’t know when she will return. We were then recommended to go to a venue in China town where we could have a massage and if we were lucky we could get a “happy ending” absolutely no words honestly I can say …. Shame really as the hotel room was amazing

The area around the hotel contains lots of construction sites. This makes the surfaces around the hotel very bumpy and not suitable for those people with mobility problems. Our room wasn't fully serviced when we arrived. Also, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned on our second day. The room was huge and the spa bath made us feel very decadent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices.
