Excellent location and lovely staff, right in the heart of things. However, unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues, or having to get luggage up narrow / steep flights of stairs. The room was smaller than we expected, but the bed were good and clean. It's noisy, we hear the other rooms sometimes, the water ( toilet and shower when it comes in the pipes ) and the outside. Not for light sleepers. Otherwise it was clean.

The hotel is in a prime location very close to the city centre and pubic transport including the central station. My room was close to the reception desk and faced the main road so it was noisy especially at night. I stayed in a single room which was small however, was ideal as I was staying alone. The bathroom was very clean, but the shower tray did easily flood if you were in the shower too long. I would stay again if I was visiting Amsterdam due to the location of the hotel and compared to other hotels in the area it is cheaper.
