Overall we were very happy with this property. The host was quick to communicate when I had questions. The location was perfect for visiting Crater of Diamonds and Hot Springs National Park. The house was very clean. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked. The host was generous with what she left - k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergent, garbage bags, and plenty of towels. There were several board/card games there, and the kids loved the tire swing in the front yard. There were a couple quirky things, like some cabinets on the island didn't want to stay shut, and the freezer door didn't want to stay open. This was because the floor wasn't very level. But it wasn't a problem. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the master king sized bed was super stiff and uncomfortable. My husband and I didn't sleep well all week. Other than that we loved our stay!It would be nice if there were toilet paper holders to make reaching the tp easier, as opposed to baskets next to or on top of the toilets. And the address we were given was one number different from the number on the mailbox at the bottom of the driveway. So that was slightly confusing, though we figured it out quickly.
