Exactly what I paid for

It was no frills, nice place to stay. No hot tub, but had a pool. Breakfast was standard, but no diabetic options whatsoever, and when hotel emptied out after graduation, next day most of the good items at breakfast were no longer available, and I was told breakfast is dependent on how many people are staying in the Inn. Family run, and cleaned, so staff was very nice and helpful. Felt warm and friendly inside, air con worked great. For the price, it was a good deal, but don't expect anything extra. Lastly, it is a bit far from campus but se 16th st runs straight to the stadiums, which makes it an easy drive and convenient. We would stay here again.

I did have high expectations coming into an old hotel that had not been updated on decades. Just expected a clean room and a somewhat comfy. When we were checking in a couple people interrupted us and told the manager that they needed their pull out bed sheets changed since there was blood on sheet and it looked like the sheet was washed in dirty water. When i asked for a receipt after my stay the guy at the desk wasn't going to give me one. It took a bit for me to get one from him and found out the room was actually more expensive through expedia then it would have been on site. There was an empty bottle of shampoo in our room. Ok for a night

Good for one night but not a weekend getaway type of place. Room was nice and clean, but the bed tilted towards the headboard. Breakfast was mainly the bread group with some odd flavors of yogurt. Not for a gluten intolerant person.

Dirty, falling apart

The room was very gross. Several long black hairs and some sort of purple stain were on the sheets and makeup/body oil stains on the pillowcases. I asked for clean sheets and when I got back to the room, the second set of sheets were also dirty, this time several larger black stains. I got a 3rd set of sheets that were finally ok. The window had a big crack in it and it looked out onto a cement ares with empty beer cans, etc. The bathroom door had a bunch of dirty hand marks and the sink had a big crack in the sink surround. I tripped on the laminate floor in the room because it was buckled so badly and coming up. The front desk staff was nice but I would not recommend this hotel anyone because of how dirty it was.
