Can you imagine relaxing near the beach and having space for socializing with family and friends? This fantastic villa is perfect for digital nomads/surfers or a comfy holiday home to spend some family time and discover the charms of Portugal. As you step outside the house you are instantly surrounded by the pine forest and you can take the path down to the ocean.

The house is fully equipped and prepared for groups of up to 9 people in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is located 15 minutes by car from Lisbon and you can walk to the beautiful beaches of Costa de Caparica with plenty of trendy beach club restaurants! It is also only a 4min drive to Aroeira golf course.

The villa was built in 2012 and has just been fully renovated with brand-new furniture and beds. It has a large terrace and a swimming pool on a generous plot of land with automatic irrigation, a barbecue, and easy parking at the entrance.

Magnifique !!!

Un magnifique séjour qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Tristan est un hôte disponible, serviable et très avenant. La maison est superbe : tout le confort y est et sa situation géographique est optimale pour profiter des alentours et de Lisbonne. Nous reviendrons et conseillons plus que fortement.
