This newly fully renovated penthouse apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with outstanding views of the pool, mountains and sea from the balcony,it is air-conditioned, and has the following, numerous features,fully replastered walls throughout the apartment, all new floor and wall tiles throughout, mosquito screens to every room, renovated and fully equipped kitchen including beautiful quartz worktops, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.newly renovated and beautifully tiled bathroom with shower enclosure with black framed glass shower screen, toilet,vanity wash basin and bidet, satellite,40 inch LED TV( New JULY 2022)new sofas (2017)
the apartment sleeps 4 persons in beds,additional sleeping arrangements are on the two large sofas in the lounge,there is also a travel cot available if required.
The complex is set in beautiful gardens, 2 pools attended by lifeguards in high season,also entertainment provided in the pool area in high season,on-site cafe, supermarket, 24 hour security, underground parking, stunning sea, pool, and, mountain views from balcony (Gibraltar can be seen on a clear day).
Children’s entertainment is provided by the pool area on certain days during the summer season.

Déçu de la propreté de l’appartement

Appartement au 3 ème etage sans ascenseur ce qui n’est pas indiqué sur l’annonce,canapé à changer ou mettre des housses lavables ,tres sale, très mauvaises odeurs. Dommage car la résidence et l’emplacement sont magnifique , belle piscine(mais fermer le lundi pas indiqué sur l’annonce),proximité de la plage,résidence est très bien entretenu à l’inverse de l’Appartement de Robin.
