Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. She also wrote down dinner reservations and was very helpful and very sweet.

Room was compact, however, very clean. We had a terrace which was really good and provided extra space. Staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Breakfast had good options and food was very fresh. Location is perfect just off the main street so quiet but very close to restaurants and bars.

My partner and I level our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind. This was the best hotel we stayed at by far, and we will definitely be back. We also tried Hotel Nixe Palace - right on the beach - and preferred this one.

Great boutique hotel

The Bordoy Mostatxins is an excellent boutique hotel in Alcudia old town. The hotel has a home-like feel and the staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s like a little oasis of calm, especially in the high season when lots of tourists are in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want something away from the crowds.

Beautiful hotel in the old town. Location is great and staff (upon arrival and check in) was fantastic. Lobby and amenities are beautiful, rooms are nice but small and simple and missing a few touches that should follow such a beautiful entrance. We were happy to settle in and went out to dinner only to return to a horrible gas/sewer smell in our room. Unfortunately it took way longer than it should have (over an hour) to get in touch with anyone on property only to be told she would have maintenance come in the morning….it was a smell that no one should have to endure. After further conversation she suggested she could move us to another room..What?? That could have been her first response and although inconvenient at now 11pm, a welcomed one! Beautiful hotel but service at least our experience, did not match up. There is no way they are not aware of this problem (which she eventually acknowledged had been a problem in the past) sadly they still charge top dollar for it. Sorry for the next guest who will have this same experience.

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful charming location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Such a cool experience being in that town. We stayed for two nights and it was worth the break from the city life (soller, Palma). They also accommodated my gluten allergy as I mentioned I was celiac. Get the breakfast!!

What a lovely place! Highly recommend! Impeccable interiors, great decor in the lobby. There are two separate Buildings next to each other. I was in the one with the Cave plunge pool. Wow! Incredible. The tower room was comfortable and had some views of the city walls. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Do it! Very comfortable. I will be back!
