Beautiful villa located in Alcudia, next to the lake and steps from the sea.
The property is on one floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 of the bedrooms are en suite all with shower, two bedrooms with double bed one of them with air conditioner, one with two single beds and the other with a trundle bed. 3 of them with access to the garden.
There is a large kitchen with dining table, large windows giving natural light and access to the garden.
There is also a living room with TV.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue where you will be able to enjoy the most of your stay.

It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
Important Notice:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

The old fishing port, where you can buy freshly caught fish, is definitely worth a visit.Along the modern marina, a beautiful waterfront promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.
A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.

Good property - excellent location
The Chalet is very spacious and great for a family. It was in good condition and in an excellent location for the supermarket and the beach all within walking distance. The beach is great for kids and sunbathing.There were 7 of us in total and we would recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Top-Lage und Top-Haus unweit des schönsten Strandabschnitts. Supermarkt und französischer Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung der Küche könnte umfangreicher sein, aber ausreichend. Hervorragender, schneller und unkomplizierte Service des Gastgebers. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus konnte erst 2 Stunden später alls vereinbart von uns bezogen werden. Ein Zimmer stank stark nach Abfluss, ein anderes nach Schimmel. In dem einen Bad fiel der Klodeckel fast ab, indem anderen funktionierten Fön und Dusche nicht.Zu den 4 harten Liegen fehlten die Auflagen. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses gab es keinen Sichtschutz. Für den Außenkamin gab es kein Grillbesteck. Der Mietpreis war wegen der vielen Mängel viel zu hoch!

Schönes Haus in Toplage
Wir waen mit 2 Familien für 10 Tage in dem Chalet del Llac. Schönes großes Haus im Top Lage mit großem Gsrten und Grilllplatz, wenige Minuten zum Strand, Eroski und einer super französischen Bäckerei. Zudem Bushaltestelle nach Palma und Alcudia vor der Tür.
Einen Sternabzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche - hier ist ein dringendes upgrade notwendig - und den muffigen Schränken.

Wunderbare Lage!
Schöner Garten, ruhige Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Küche könnte allerdings einmal ein Upgrade vertragen.
