A Villa Rose Bay is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and tranquility in a residential area of Albufeira.



The house begins with the living room, a bright and generous space designed for relaxing and social moments, with a direct connection to the dining area, creating a harmonious and functional environment to enjoy time together throughout the stay.



On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a private bathroom with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower serving this floor and the common areas.



On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with private bathrooms with shower, offering extra comfort and privacy in a more secluded area of the house.



The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, providing all the necessary conditions to prepare meals comfortably during the stay.



Outside, the villa offers a pleasant outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate. The private saltwater swimming pool invites moments of leisure and relaxation and can be used as a heatable pool (additional cost). There is also an outdoor guest bathroom, ensuring extra convenience when using the outdoor areas.



Villa Rose Bay is located in Ferreiras, in a quiet area of Albufeira, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops and the main points of interest in the region.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
