Staff was nice but hotel overall needs updating. Room and beds were ok. Bathtub and bathroom ceiling were nasty. Door to get into stairwell broke so we had to use main entrance. It was on par for the price and it was conveniently next to the campus.

The outside looks very low cost and a bit tacky with the white pebbles rather than black mulch but the inside has a spacious modern update. Rooms very nice for the value. Great toiletries. The shampoo was sudsy and excellent in scent. Bar soap at sink was good. Towels were soft. Bedding excellent. The shower curtain was stained however. The breakfast was expected for a cheaper level hotel but was hoping for more. Like fresh fruits. Just raspberry or peach yogurt. Plain or raisin bagels and cream cheese, blueberry muffins, juice and coffee. Overall a very good value price.

Entering the lobby we were hit with a bad smell! The hallways and our room had the same bad odor. Our king size bed had yellow staining on a large portion of the side of the mattress. The mattress also sunk down in the center. The guy in the room above us was up all 3 nights we were there, stomping around, dragging things and dropping stuff. We didn’t sleep well at all. WiFi didn’t work well at all. The place is old and dirty. We will not be returning.

Disgusting

The room was booked for our family. It was disgusting. Hair was in the shower before we use it. The sheets were gross. The hotel smelled so gross. Windows on the hotel were boards on them. I would never stay there again or recommend this place tomanyone

Would stay here for another furry convention again

They were very nice and were very understanding when I checkout out later than supposed to. Interrupted when someone was balls deep in me because I stayed too long, but they understood the situation and didn’t charge me for another night.

Worn, but slept well

Hotel worn and tired, funky smell in hallways, old carpet: beds comfy, had a good sleep! Not a good value for my money, but I rested well.

Very Unsatisfactory

The room was just adequate, bed was not comfortable, cleanliness was average. Bathroom was not easily accessible and there was a hole in the ceiling over the shower that was covered by a piece of copy paper which didn’t stop water leaking from the bathroom in the room above. See photos below. Only positive was the staff who were polite, courteous and helpful.
