Very dark bedrooms. Furnishings in rooms could be better. Cleanliness was average in rooms but was better in communal areas. More effort should be made to improve the bedrooms in the hotel. Noisy at night due to bar next door as well as other residents. Breakfast was average. Staff in restaurant were friendly. Disappointed when checking in the receptionist said that the booking couldn’t be found and wanted to charge €90.

Pros: Location, beach front and beach is very good, nearby restaurants/market/shopping, nice breakfast, good bar if you want to drink something after dinner Cons: parking is extremely limited (only 4 or 5 cars can park), no elevator, need to pay for beach towels, hotel next door plays music so loud.

Unhealthy room condition

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time because of my flight schedule. They told me the room was not ready and they said they were making it ready so I waited at the hotel restaurant for a while and then got back to lobby to wait .After waiting for a couple of hours they told me the room was ready. First of all nobody asked me to help me to carry my luggage and they just gave me the room key . Secondly The room was all the way back of the hotel and the room floor was full of dead flies and the live ones all over. It wasn’t clean at all.And I had waited that long in that boiling hot weather for this horrible room. It was disappointing,I went to the reception and while I was complaining about that the manager came out of her room and helped me to get a better room. She did her best but my impression about the hotel didn’t change. I wish they had better customer service . I wish they had provided the room clean & neat at the first place. I have stayed at many hotels all around the world never been treated like this . Although the location of the hotel is perfect , I would not recommend if your expectation cleanliness and good service.

Royalisa is located in a prime location in Alanya at the Cleopatra beach. Breakfast is quite okay, lunch can be improved, service at the beach is good & staff is very friendly. Cleaning can be improved with respect to the time of cleaning and the quality as well. Overall it’s definitely a place to be considered to stay at.

Hotel review

Nice hotel. However bass noise from disco next door and hotel bar unacceptable for a restful sleep. Was told nothing could be done about noise. Was moved to sister property several blocks away from beach. Royalist apt. A much nicer property but not on beach. Would not recommend staying at the beach location.

Stay away at all costs.

We booked this hotel mainly because it stated it was a adult only hotel, but it isnt . There where children all day everyday. When we asked the staff ,why he responded that they come from sister hotel. When my wife and i turned up at 01.20am the hotel receptionist tried to charge ,when i had already paid through Hotel.com. We had to change rooms the second day as we booked a partial sea view and we opened the curtains to a brick wall. The hotel decided to have ,what we call a RAVE we very very loud drum and base music and hoards of teenager's on the private beach owned by the hotel, with no warning at all. The music was so loud and we felt so sorry for any one flying out the next day and also the hotel had alot of OAPs staying ,which must of been terrible for them.. The whole hotel was a total joke and i really feel i should get a full refund .

The location was great. Having breakfast and dinner next to the sea was great. The receptionists Banu and Sama were so helpful in giving information and help during my stay. The room was clean and up to a good standard. Any problems risen was fast to deal with. The staff during breakfast hour were great. Room with see view and balcony was great. Tek gece konaklama için rezervasyon yaptırdım, çift kişilik yatak diye belirtmeme rağmen önce tek kişilik iki yataklı odayı verdiler talep üzerine değişiklik yapıldı. Ama verilen odada ki yatakta zaten tek kişilik 2 yatağın birleştirilmiş haliydi hatta biri daha yüksekti üzerine sünger gbi birşey konuşmuştu malesef. Koku.. inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu lavabo, banyo bir karış pencere var sadece ne havalandırma ne de başka bir çözüm üretilmiş. Sesinz direk dışarı gidiyor. Biz odaya terlikleri kendimiz istedik, asla kulak çöpü falan mevcut değil. El sabunu ile şampuan aynıydı ve kötüydü. Açık büfe kahvaltı diye rezervasyon yaptırdım ama otelde az müşteri var diye sadece tabak hazırlayıp verdiler. Malesef birdaha asla tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Yazın geceliği 7 bin olan bi yer bu kadar vasat olamazdı. Tek güzel yani denize çok yakın, sahili temiz..
