False room advertising and selling

At our arrival the hotel stuff wasnt welcoming us, they were not friednly at our check in time. When we arrived to the hotel we realised what booked and repaid room previously it was completely different what we booked it was Deluxe Sea View room with plunge pool and the room, but when we checked in the room hasnt got view at all, from our we could see dirty plants and completely covered the view and also the bathroom was licking, after the shower the all bathroom and toilet was full with water everywhere. The towels what they provided and the bedsheets was very very smelly and sticky and moldy and we asked to change them the room and speak with the manager but he refused to speak with us. The room wasnt hyginic at all as well. After first night we complained for the hotel stuff and they were very arrogant and they told us they are fully booked no other option to change room. The room number was 101 , Finally we checked out after 1 night and left them and now we are started raise a complain with them and informed our bank as well to take futher steps get back and refund back our money because the hotel refused to refund back our money! I DO NOT recommend to stay there! The hotel advertising different room for expensive prices!!!

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. The manger is incompetent. They did not honour the welcome drink. The manager blamed it on Expedia’s mistake. They did not put our daily water. We had to call two days in a raw to have them do that automatically, as they supposed to do. The sun bed in the balcony was broken. I fell off and was going to get hurt. I asked to get replaced. I had to call 5 times. They replaced with another unsafe one. The manager said all sun beds are the same! The free beach is not well equipped. You have to pay extra to access the beach club which is well equipped. The information on the website does not include any information about the paid beach. The room had moldy wood siding and a leaky coffee machine. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Day one Beach Resort and Bar – Avoid it. The accommodation looks nice. Unfortunately, the attitude of the service staff is appalling and as a ‘resident’ you are no more than a second-class citizen. They are only interested in earning money from the outsiders who pay to come and ‘be seen’ at Day One. Half of the rooms are by the main pool. All day long, there is loud heavy boom, boom, boom, music playing from many large speakers pool-side. So it is impossible to relax in your room during the day. Poolside – well it gets worse. The pool is crowded by day visitors, so very little room for residents. To use the good poolside sun loungers, there is a minimum charge for bar spends, inc residents. So, they close the pool at 6pm even to residents. Rip-off in-room prices for coffee-pods. I wish we had never gone there.

The apartment was fantastic but Expedia did not state that the room that we chose was facing the beach club. It should say beach club + partial seaview not just seaview. This was a massive shame. When trying to change the room the hotel staff were not helpful at first, and actually stated it would be "difficult" as opposed to not possible, then the next day when trying again they told me it was fully booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a very loud party that went on till 10pm normally they finish at 7pm. (It would have been nice for Expedia to inform me that this was a possibility with this room) The other side of the hotel was quiet and had a private pool that seemed more exclusive. (We would have preferred this end massively) This was the biggest let down. Expedia should state that your view faces the beach club and is noisy. Breakfast and the facilities were fantastic though.

We have stayed at this resort two times now . We love the full sea view room . It is very quiet and calm . Also we love the spa services and everyone is so friendly and helpful . They always have a smile . We will return in the future.

The good: - direct beach access - beds are comfortable - Origin restaurant nice in the evening - setting overlooking Alanya bay and the castle is lovely The bad: - noisy. Beach club playing loud music in the afternoon but bearable in the swim up rooms. At night a different story. Loud music from the night club, car park and partying hotel guests in rooms nears us until at least 3 am. Noise insulation of rooms terrible - reception staff not welcoming at all - while some service staff are friendly and work very hard, many of them are not and seem to lack training - some of the facilities already look tired. The ladder into sea is rusty and should be replaced - breakfast is ok but service very poor. Staff mainly chatting with each other rather than clearing plates and taking orders I think the hotel has a lot of potential but clearly needs better management and staff training. There are a lot of better options in Turkey in this price category. I don’t think we will come back

It was a great stay we had a swim up room and it was an amazing holiday they do have a nightclub attached that can get noisy on weekends but nothing too crazy the rest of the place is paradise.. food and drinks are charged at London prices so it won’t be a cheap stay
