Been all over the country. Travel for my husband’s job.. this is a CLEAN, QUIET, hidden lil gem off the expressway. Room was extremely clean, front desk staff were great! I’m disabled and I have a service dog. He was welcome and he loved it too!! Had an issue with out bank debit card. Had to get a new one. Front desk was more than understanding.. it’s nice to see that GREAT customer service is still around. Had my hubbys union put this hotel on the board so all the guys who come to work at Cleveland Cliffs stay here! They deserve the business! Great place…..

This place was ok, but definitely average at best. NO breakfast, just coffee. No elevator to second floor... no big deal if you don't have much luggage. Overall, it was a fine place to crash for a few hours to sleep, but that was about it.
