The toilet was plugged when we arrived they had no other rooms and we left hours early due to no toilet they refused any compensation Expedia did give $25 in points after filing complaint but hotel refused any compensation would not recommend

All staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Common areas, such as hallway and elevators needed some cleaning. Decent breakfast too.
