Magnifique vue sur la mer , piĂšce trĂšs lumineuse. Grande disponibilitĂ© de Karl, merci encore pour le prĂȘt de la chaise de plage!N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  faire un tour du cĂŽtĂ© de la paillotte Cala di sole, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement, bon accueil bonne table .A noter qu'il y a pas mal d'escaliers mais la vue vaut leffort.

RĂ©ception et dĂ©part parfaitement organisĂ©s. Le studio est parfait, la literie excellente et surtout la vue, grande baie vitrĂ©e sol plafond sur les Sanguinaires et jardin est extraordinaire. La rĂ©sidence Maxime oĂč se situe le bien est flanquĂ©e de deux plages dĂ©cevantes ; mĂ©lange de gravier grossier, de morceaux de bĂ©ton et de fers (danger de blessure) en provenance de l’extension en cours de l’immeuble qui rejette ses gravois liĂ©s Ă  la construction. On peut espĂ©rer pour l’étĂ© prochain la fin de ces travaux et le nettoyage de ces deux plages.

Un nid de calme au bord de mer dans un site de rĂȘve

Ce studio, parfait pour un couple amoureux de la mer est parfaitement équipé. La grande baie vitrée qui donne sur la mer permet de suivre le parcours de la lune les nuits de beau temps. Il est parfaitement situé pour les personnes qui aiment nager mais, pour une personne débutante en nage il est un peu moins approprié....Une caractéristique spécifique qui le rend UNIQUE EN SON GENRE est qu'il est situé en contrebas de l'avenue qui longe la mer. De ce fait on y est complÚtement à l'abri des bruits du traffic routier. Enfin, au moindre problÚme pendant le séjour on est chaleureusement secouru....Mille mercis

C'est vrai le luxe les pieds dans l'eau avec une excellente organisation pour votre arrivĂ©e... Un appartement charmant, merveilleusement bien placĂ© trĂšs propre, on se croit sur un bateau !!! Et le top il n'y a que la mer devant pas de voitures pas de motos...pas de route ! Les draps, les serviettes,la nappe , sont fournie façon hĂŽtel 4 * Je me permet de revenir sur un commentaire prĂ©cĂ©dent 3* qui a faillit m'induire en erreur, le canapĂ© est vraiment un vrai lit simple en 90 de large, le passage le soir ne sont que des enfants qui ont entre 4 et 10 ans et qui jouent sur la pelouse devant la mer, de plus si on ferme la chambre pour de l'intimitĂ© on ne voit plus la mer Effectivement il me semble difficile pour le propriĂ©taire dans sa description de dire que les cĂąlins doivent ĂȘtre discret sinon on rĂ©veille le petit qui dort a proximitĂ©.... Quand on est 3 ou 4 et que la prioritĂ© est l'ambiance de la grande bleu on fait des cĂąlins discrets ou on choisis un appartement plus spacieux moins bien placĂ© et plus cher ! Je finirai par dire que vous allez payer le mĂȘme prix qu'un bungalow au camping en normandie en bord de mer.... Voila a bon entendeur salut, que cet avis vous serve a prendre la bonne dĂ©cision ,en tous cas j'ai qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner Encore merci a karl pour son professionnalisme et au propriĂ©taire !

Bel appartement mais...

Beau studio, avec une trĂšs belle vue. Mais il faut changer la description, car la chambre n'est pas sĂ©parĂ©e du tout (grande piĂšce Ă  vivre avec lit dans une alcĂŽve). Ce n'est donc pas adaptĂ© avec un petit enfant, contrairement Ă  ce que j'ai pu lire. Le canapĂ© ne fait pas lit comme on pourrait le croire, et un petit matelas Ă  mettre au sol nous a Ă©tĂ© fourni. Donc dĂ©ception d'oĂč ma note. Sinon cuisine haute gamme, belle salle de bain, et bon accueil par Karl. Cela manque d'intimitĂ© car beaucoup de passage le soir devant les baies vitrĂ©es. Sinon merci de ne pas avoir retenu sur la caution les anneaux de rideaux que je m'excuse encore d'avoir malencontreusement cassĂ©s

Un petit coin de paradis

Pas besoin de faire des milliers de km en ce qui me concerne (avant je partais aux Antilles ou en Thailande/Maldives/...). Maintenant, je pars d'Orly, 2h plus tard je saute dans l'eau. Le lendemain et les jours suivants : 7h je me lÚve, la machine à café... 3 mn plus tard les pieds dans l'eau sur "ma" plage privée... What else ? L'appartement est au top, hyper propre et hyper équipé ... et climatisé. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Je souhaite juste que cette appréciation me laisse encore des périodes disponibles quand j'ai besoin de repos... :)
