séjour réussi à Aix

L'appart situé à 10 mn de la gare routière nous a permis de voyager facilement sans louer de voiture. Le logement était conforme à nos attentes et le propriétaire attentionné pour nous faciliter un accès rapide lors de notre arrivée. Au cœur de la ville nous avons découvert Aix et les environs avec un réel bonheur.

Bon appartement mais nuits sans repos

L'appartement est bien équipé y compris en très bon double vitrage, cependant en raison de la chaleur il faut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et le quartier ne dort qu'entre 02h du matin et 07h, ce qui donnent des nuits courtes et peu repatrices, pas idéal lorsqu'on cherche du repos.

Séjour fatigant au Centre d’Aix en Provence

Bonsoir , Nous avons été surprises lors de notre séjour de trouver un appartement défraîchi qui a pourtant un certain charme mais qui mériterait d’être repeint et nettoyé pour le mobilier du salon : housses de canapés , coussins et fauteuils . Par rapport à l’annonce où il est question de 2 chambres , il y a seulement une chambre conforme avec salle de bain et porte qui ne fermait pas . Quand à l’autre « chambre » c’était plutôt une alcôve donnant sur le salon sans porte ni rideau ... Enfin les plaques électriques s’allumaient mais ne chauffaient pas , nous avons dû aller souvent au restaurant ce qui n’était pas vraiment prévu ...Pour finir cet appartement est placé au dessus d’un restaurant dit «  le Voltaire » installé récemment . Nous avons dû supporter les travaux du patron en pleine nuit à 2h du matin et 7h qui n’a pas tenu compte du repos du voisinage et avec sa perceuse a commencé à faire sauter les tomettes de la chambre où je dormais . Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire . Le quartier est bruyant et sale (présence de rats dans notre rue )car les poubelles sont trop petites . Nous avons regretté d’avoir loué cet appartement car il était difficile d’y dormir correctement , la vie nocturne ne s’arrêtant pas avant 2 ou 3h du matin .

Bonne situation très proche de toute commodités

Cafetière neuve, machine à laver très silencieuse, appartement spatieux et lumineux, idéalement situé au centre ville, pas de parking attitré mais possibilité de trouver des places gratuites à 10 min à pied autour de la rue Tholozan, Centre ville d Aix en Provence très très agréable et beaucoup de chose à faire aux alentours, parfait pour decouvrir la Provence on a adoré !

Helt OK

Mycket centralt läge men likväl lugnt och tyst när man kommit in. Rent och snyggt och kommunikationen med ägaren fungerar bra. Sängarna är sköna, linnet ingår, och duschen är bra (enorm varmvattentank). Lägenheten är troligen från 16-1700-tal, högt till tak och fin stukatur. Man känner historiens vingslag. Det enda man kan anmärka på är möblemanget, inte särskilt ambitiöst, men om man betänker det förhållandevis resonabla priset är helhetsintrycket ändå väldigt positivt. Rekommenderas!
