Al llegar al alojamiento, su encargado que me dijo por teléfono que no figuraba mi reserva. Se la envié por WhatsApp y le pedí que acudiera a la recepción para solucionar el problema. No acudió en mi ayuda y tuve que buscar otro hotel. Expedia me ha confirmado que mi reserva era correcta, y así y todo me va a compensar económicamente.
