With 3 bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa in the living room), a cozy fireplace, and sea-inspired interiors, it’s perfect for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the shaded terrace, BBQ, and sweeping views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Ideal for families or friends seeking peace, nature, and authentic Cretan living in the quiet village of Agia Paraskevi all year round.
House Marevouni is a traditional stone house spread over two floors, offering a warm and authentic Cretan atmosphere with modern comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with a private balcony, and a bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with its own sea-view balcony—and a second bathroom with an en-suite layout.
Step outside to a shaded ground-floor terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining table, loungers, and a BBQ, all overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills.
A private pool will be added for the 2026 season, but until then, guests are welcome to use the nearby resort pool, just a few steps away.
