Overall a good stay

Overall this was a good place to stay. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only real complaint was that the neighbors came in late and kept their TV on as loud as possible all night long. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed because of the noise.

A short get away before kids head back to college and one heads to Army boot camp. Place was very nice. We had trouble getting into the community gate every time we drove in which was frustrating. Other than that the stay was nice and relaxing

Nice place to stay. Ping pong table was much fun. The extra bathrooms are very nice. The upstairs AC leaves some to be desired especially in the guest bedroom. Everything worked well elsewhere and we had a nice stay.

Great location, jacuzzi was relaxing, pool was great, restaurants close by. Clean and well stocked. Loved everything but the mattress in the master suite it was very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend it be replaced. Sure to make it better for the quest to get a good nights rest.

This was our second time staying at the same property. We came back since we liked it so much the first time. You can tell that other people that have stayed have been rough with the house making the owners have to put signs and new rules and that’s sad! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying here. The game room occupied the kids when we were indoors. The pool access was also nice to have available. We could get our boat in the water right next door, and parked it within a gated area which was very nice! Only complaint was communication for access codes and such was through VRBO/EVOLVE rather than the owner. No response received there.

Pleasant stay, place could use cleaning

Upon arrival, the neighborhood is very pleasant, appears to be well cared for by the home owners. The unit was quite warm, very warm up stairs. There is a portable AC unit in the smaller bedroom. The part on the exhaust hose that goes out the window was broken. We had to use foil and a plastic package to block the hot air from returning.

Great location, neighborhood as described

Property as described. The gated community, garage and pool were all pluses! The pool has adult after hours which is nice for late night swims after long day on the lake. Easy access to lake and good food nearby. Boat launch is just outside the back of neighborhood, which is great if bringing a boat or jet ski. Master bed slept very comfortable. Master has window unit to help keep upstairs cool. The 2nd bedroom also has an AC to help keep upstairs cool. Remember it is a condo and you can hear the neighbors when in the living room, as well as smell their cooking!
