Absolute BeachFront 2 bedroom unit Sandy Feet 2
Summary: Relax with the family at this peaceful oceanfront apartment. Upstairs 2 bedroom self contained unit with full ocean views from the relaxing balcony, Kitchen, main bedroom and lounge area. Under cover car parking for 1 car, main bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area with smart TV, free wifi. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting and there is an indoor dining setting also.
Guest Access: Self check in with a lockbox at the entry for easy access, 2 sets of keys are provided one is for the gates at either side of the complex to access the beachfront. We recommend you leave one set in the box in case you lock yourselves out. On departure we please ask you lock the apartment, return the keys to the lockbox and scramble the code. We welcome 1-4 guests maximum, 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We leave initial supplies for each stay. We have a blow up paddle board and life jackets for use and we do please ask you wash and dry them after each use, these are located in the main bedroom wardrobe.
The Neighborhood: Quiet location access to the beach is a 3 minute walk from the side gate, please do not climb over the dunes. Quiet unit complex in a cul de sac and no road in front just the beautiful ocean. Thai restaurant that offers take away or dine in options a 5 minute walk away on Military Road, there is a hairdresser and massage therapist also in the block of shops. Pt Malcolm reserve is a 5 minute walk along the beach path. The reserve has 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, BBQ's, undercover seating, large oval to play games and fitness equipment.
Getting Around: bus stop a short walk to Military Road outside block of shops takes you to West Lakes shopping complex approximately a 10 minute ride and there is a bus that goes to Adelaide CBD approximately 35 minute ride. Walking path all the way to Point Malcolm reserve 10 minutes stroll that has bbq facilities, playground, tennis courts and basketball court. 15 minute walk is the Semaphore Surf club open for dinner Thursday and Friday nights and for drinks only on their deck on Saturday and Sundays from 4-7pm. Semaphore Road is approximately a 30 minute walk and in the other direction you can walk to Grange a 5m walk or Henley Beach a 7km walk.
Other Things to Note: Please be respectful of your neighbors at the complex and please lower noise levels by 10.30pm. No parties allowed at the complex. there is a gate key on site for both side gates please lock them behind you and use the key whilst staying at the property.

Beautiful apartment with the most incredible view, everything was clean and check in and out was super easy. Communication with owner was great too. Only small thing was we couldn’t figure out how to use the dishwasher and the wifi details weren’t inside the cupboard as stated.

This property was an absolute delight as is the host. Extremely clean and lots of lovely little homely touches. Beds are super comfortable!!! The view is amazing and so close to the beach!!! Cannot recommend enough. We saw dolphins and seals nearly eveyday which was an unexpected treat.

Enjoy staying on Semaphore Beach
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment in Semaphore. We liked the open concept space and the balcony - with a table for dining while enjoying the sunset - overlooking the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils we wanted, and more. The host, Sonya, was quick to respond to any questions we had, including recommendations for wineries to visit in the area. The apartment is well-located, only about a 20 minute drive from Adelaide airport and 45 minutes from Barossa Valley. There is also a very good grocery store nearby (Foodland West Lakes). We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Adelaide.
