Excellent studio in a fabulous area.

We could only get it for 3 nights due to availability; we would have stayed 10 nights if it was available. Great bed; great sun trap out the back; everything we needed was there. Got the keys from the owner’s Dad, a lovely man. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had a great week in Javier’s lovely apartment, it is spacious and very clean & secure, there is a great wee pool bar on site and if that’s not enough you will find lots of bars & Restaurant’s on your doorstep. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Bungalowanlage mit großer Terrasse, perfekt ausgestattet und nahe am Strand. 5-10 Minuten zu vielen Lokalen. Fast immer war ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Anlage vorhanden. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr nett und der Kontakt per WhatsApp vorbildlich.

We have stayed in Tenerife many times but this apartment and complex was beyond my expectations. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Always replied very promtly. The apartment was spotless and the little extras like water, beer, crisps and fruit was a lovely touch. The complex was close to beach shops and restaurants. We had an amazing time and will definitely book this apartment again.

The property was perfect it had everything included you could want. It's position was close to all the amenities, the beach, pool and restaurant. We were extremely well looked after by the very helpful owners from booking the property until our departure. Would highly recommend.

From the minute I'd made the booking and began communicating wuth Ana & Javier, the hosts, I knew I'd made the right choice. As a solo traveller for the first time I was a little nervous but they made me feel really relaxed. They met me at the apartment which I appreciated. And there was a little welcome pack of water, wine, beer, fruit and crisps. The apartment itself is fantastic, I couldn't fault it at all. Spotlessly clean, well equiped with everything you might need should you wish to cook, which I didn't as it is literally minutes away from a fantastic range of bars and restaurants. The pool is 30 secs from the front door and you're 5 mins from the nearest beach. The apartment and the complex itself felt very secure, which made me, a solo female, feel very safe.Already thinking a holiday just for me should become an annual event and I would return here in a heart beat.

Kurzurlaub

Der Marina Komplex besteht aus mehreren Apartments und ist öffentlich nicht zugänglich. Das Gelände ist durch einen hohen durchsichtigen Metallzaun gesichert. Zugang mit dem Schlüssel vom Apartment. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen schönen beheizten größeren Pool und einen kleinen Pool für Kinder, sowie eine Poolbar, geöffnet ab 11:00 Uhr. Hier gibt es z.B. Englisches Frühstück und Nachmittags ein kleines Speise Angebot, sehr lecker. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten. Supermärkte, Apotheken, Restaurants und Cafes alles Fussläufig gut erreichbar. Am Hafen Los Christianos ist man in15 Minuten mit dem Auto, von dort ist man in 50 Minuten z.B. auf Lagomera. Der Komplex selber ist schön ruhig und sauber, Abends hört man die Musik der umliegenden Hotels. Mein Apartment lag in der Mitte eines Gebäudes, war sehr schön eingerichtet, komplette Küche mit allem zum selbst versorgen, alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gab keine Fenster, aber eine schöne große Terrasse. Vielen Dank an Ana und Javier, ich hatte 7 tolle Tage, liebe Grüße Ralph

Little gem

We enjoyed a lovely week at the studio apartment in April. Sun on terrace from about 11.15 through to early evening. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the over bath shower delivered a decent stream of power. It is perfectly situated in proximity to pool/bar area which was relatively quiet. Food in bar very nice and reasonably priced. We would have no hesitation in booking again and would definitely recommend. It is exactly as described. Ana and Javier were the perfect hosts.
