The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. However, the room could use some updating, particularly the bathroom and bed. Breakfast also has room for improvement.

Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately. Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle. Absolutely will stay again. Note - I'm a business traveler.

The hotel is located in a nice area and the staff are great. The rooms are clean but the management needs to improve significantly. The first room I tried did not have hot water (it was lukewarm), tv was not working. The second room was a bit worse because it had the same problems and there was no towel and the hair dryer was not working.
