Requested first floor rooms...was given 1 on the 1st and 1 on the 2nd....needed wheelchair accessible rooms so the 2nd floor room did not work. Rather than refund me, they kept trying to get me to take the 2nd floor room. I was traveling with an 80 year old who can barely walk. The bathroom was not accessible.

If you like to walk the stairs with all of your luggage for exercising purposes only then this hotel would be the one for you. The internet sucks and as a guest you will experience very frequent outages. The bed is firm and if you move differently it will make noises and hit the wall.

Ben and Joseph were very professional and provided all the support i needed furing my stay. 5 stars for them. There was however a lady called Ruth at the reception, she needs training on how to talk to clients and have a nice and pleasant face and someone needs to explain to her she's onky doijg a favour for herself when she's nice to clients

East Legon Business Apartment

Mediocre hotel in useful East Legon location. No reception to speak of. Somewhat hard to find and hardly signposted. People are friendly and the actual welcome is good, but it's more of an apartment stay than a hotel. No gym although a gym is listed in the description. The balcony was extremely dirty. Finally, the location is not that which is easily found on the listing map, it is very close to the highway.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet at night, providing a good night's rest. The location is near major dining joints and spots, and it's safe.
