We were ripped off. We booked online, arrived at 10pm and the room was not ready. The front desk clerk called the manager and asked what to do. All the rooms they had (still listed as available on Travelocity's website) were still dirty. She told us to wait 45 minutes. It still had to be cleaned. With no way out, we had to wait. The room was smoked in. It smelled of Febreze covering over smokey curtains, carpet and linens. The door would hardly latch closed. There was a gap at the bottom of the door that let light and noise in. The bathroom was in complete disrepair, rusted tub, missing caulk, broken shower curtain rod coming out of the wall that let the shower curtain sag in the middle. the Pool, not that we would have used it was empty. the numbers on the hotel doors were written on with a magic marker. A complete shoddy mess. I expect more from Travelocity. This place was rated 7 out of 10. I would give it a 1. We were misled and ripped off. The manager said they would have offered us a discount but could not do it because we booked through travelocity. I expect better than this. Extremely disappointed!

The only redeeming thing was there were clean towels. The room was dirty. There was a stain on the floor, broken furniture, baseboards were coming apart, and it looked like the room needed to be renovated. The staff was ok. We had two rooms but we were put on different floors on opposite sides of the building.
Desk wasn't clean.
Inside the drawer was broken.

This place was so dirty and nasty, honestly the pictures don’t match the motel. I for sure thought it was a hotel. They have roaches. The lady at the front desk was nice but honestly unhelpful. I have pictures of hair on the pillows, stains, a roach living its best life. This room should not cost $200 it should be listed for like $50. The toilet was dirty, there was toilet paper and something already in the toilet when we got there. The toilet seat had stuff on it. We tried to flush it (what was already in the toilet when we got there) and it didn’t go down. We couldn’t use the bathroom while we were there. It was a very last minute trip, we drove 6.5 hrs and got there after 3am, and had to be at the next place at 7:30am. It’s a roach motel, the rooms are on the outside. I tried to get my money back and go next door but she said there was nothing she could do. She did offer me another room but it only had 1 bed. There were 3 adults one being pregnant, I’m sure that room would’ve been just as dirty. Just trying to save someone the same experience we had. If this allowed for pictures I will post them.

If you want to hang out with crews in a parking lot full of service trucks, this place is for you. It was fairly quiet for sleeping other than the freeway noise. It’s the kind of motel by the highway where you want to touch as little as possible. The bed sheets looked clean. The place definitely needs to be updated, though with the crews staying there and getting grease all over the place, I can understand them not wanting to spend the money on that. There were plenty of places to eat and shopping options nearby.

The bedding was clean. The A/C was cold. It was a safe place to sleep. I would not choose this hotel again for these reasons: The bathroom floor was dirty. It was loud- the sound from the highway/ outside was as if the window or door was open. Lastly, on the morning of our check out, a man dressed in street clothes knocked on our door, said 'Housekeeping', and when we answered the door, he said, "Are you almost done?"

I had three rooms and only one was ready the other two were not available until late at night. The next morning it wasn’t even 8:30!in the morning and housekeeper was trying to come in to clean.

Did not eat breakfast ; room was not very clean, staff was friendly. However, we had an issue with charged. They straightened it out, but it should not have happened. There was no ice machine on the first floor which was not user friendly for the handicapped Z( as I am). I will not stay here again.
