This spacious & spectacular perfectly located house is paradise with Sunrise & Sunset right off the 2 decks facing east & 4 small balconies facing west.
The sea is blue green, the breeze is cool, the snorkeling & Scuba diving superb.
Caye Caulker Island is laid back, good food, beautiful walks, it’s friendly & safe.
The property is located at North Split just a 2-3 minute ferry ride from The Famous Split. 360 Suites - Penthouse is on second floor, a 4 Bedroom and 3 bath, sleeps 10-12 guests comfortably. Very spacious, clean, has a large kitchen with ac, TVs and complimentary kayaks, shared between the units.

A backyard with hammocks, outside shower and a picnic table. A private beach, fishing off the dock, NO SWIMMING here. Crocodiles have been spotted in Caye Caulker. Swim at south split.

Spiral staircase to the Rooftop glass bedroom Cupola is part of the 3 bedroom Penthouse. Sleeps 4, with stunning 360 panoramic sunrise & sunset views.

Queen Guest bedroom, sleeps 2 with sunset view

Studio room - with King bed, has a separate entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Master bedroom with 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, large glass doors open to magnificent Sunrise view and cool breeze.

A queen size pull out sofa bed is also available in the living room for extra guest.

Option to combine the 2 bedroom units downstairs. Sleeping up to 20 guests, inquiry for these options if you have a larger group.

My family enjoyed their stay at the property. Located in a quiet area with easy access to everything by way of the ferry. Amie was easy to contact when I had a question but did a very thorough job of explaining things upon arrival. My husband and nephews enjoyed an early morning trip on the kayaks and Amie was very helpful in scheduling taxi service so that getting to the property was easy.

Luxurious getaway but still close to all the action

I celebrated my birthday here with a handful of friends, and we had an amazing time! The location was excellent, so close to the Split ferry, but secluded enough to feel relaxed. The property was very comfortable and clearly new. The host and property manager were extremely helpful. You can't go wrong with this place!
