Access is granted after completing the digital check-in form, so you won't have to expect a reception desk or the accompanying queue. The information is needed for municipal and required registration for the tourist tax—a must. Please fill in the details immediately after booking, and you will receive the check-in instructions, including a walk-through video well in advance of your arrival.

The private bedrooms are compact and have the charm you'd expect from an older property rather than a modern hotel. What it may lack in size, the room is small, but the location is amazing.
With so many great places to eat just outside the door, most guests don't miss having a kitchen or breakfast/roomservice. Our neighbours do an amazing job, and we're happy to leave breakfast to them.
please note: As this is an old and authentic, small, building, it is possible to hear some sounds from other private bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable stay. We’ve provided complimentary earbuds at the entrance – feel free to grab a pair, they’re yours to keep!
Parking Information:
Paid parking is available off-premises from March 1st until October 31st.
( if you give us your license plate we can get you a discount for 8 euro a day at the Hoge Hilt).
Free parking from November 1st until February 28th.
🏛️ Historic building: Authentic wooden floors, so some sound may carry between rooms.
🚿 Spacious shower: Large shower; the bathroom is slightly older but works perfectly.
🚫 Visitors: Non-registered guests are not allowed; regular checks are conducted.

💶 Tourist Tax: €2.10 per person/night. For our guests coming from outside Zoutelande, the local tourist tax in Zoutelande is not included in the booking price. The municipality requires this to be paid separately, and you will receive a small additional invoice upon arrival.
🧹 Long stays: Weekly cleaning is mandatory for extended stays.
🌐 We speak English and Dutch, but not German. Feel free to message us in either language — we’re happy to help!
🔒 For your safety, security cameras are installed in common and exterior areas only—never inside private rooms. Monitoring is used strictly for guest and property security.
