The room is in very good condition, very friendly staff and meets all the requirements. Great breakfast location etc. Only deadly disadvantage is right next to the track where tram goes and the most busiest street of Zagreb, when the tram passing by the whole room vibrates and caused my sleeping quality drops. Tram runs from 05:00 to 0:30 everyday.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were lovely. The airline lost my luggage and they let me use the phone at the front desk as much as I needed. The restaurant and the breakfast were great. A server, Adel, was so patient and amazing.

The property is slightly dated, but very convenient, and classic. Once inside, you'll notice the glamour, classic decor, and meet the super friendly staff. Ivan at the restaurant and bar, went beyond to treat us well. He made sure the chef was able to create us a delicious vegetarian meal, even the options on the menu were limited. He gifted us with their exclusive red wine for us to take home.
