Our one night stay was perfect for getting into Yosemite. The Merced River across the street was a highlight for my kids. The size of the room and spacious bathroom was great. My kids loved the sleepover on the sofa bed. We really wanted to stay an extra night but there were no rooms available. The staff was great and convenient restaurant on premises. My kids also like the game room and indoor pool.

Lodge is clean and well maintained. Hidden beach in front of the property that looks amazing. WiFi was spotty and it’s inconvenient that the only microwave available is in the lobby. Two dining options and two pools available inside and an outdoor. Free parking, coffee is $3.00. Gas station 5 miles away, might want to gas up to full tank though before heading in and possible buy groceries or snacks you need cause prices on the mini markets is higher. Closer than other major hotels to Yosemite’s but still 30 to 2 hour drive to major trail heads in Yosemite depending on your destination at Yosemite.

The food the restaurant offers is very low quality and expensive. The breakfast buffet is also over priced with low quality food.

This place is just too far away from the Yosemite entrance, and it was a bit too pricey.

Room was fit for purpose, dining in the bistro was very average. Would we recommend eating there. No it was pretty average food and poor service to be honest. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Would we stay again? Yes but would sort out other arrangements for dinner.

Disliked: Room comfort
First the bad: WI-FI in the room was non-existent. TV reception was horrible. A/C barely ever kicked on, room was very hot. The good: The location . Located across the street from a beautiful river with a beach and lounge chairs, picnic tables and grills. The pool and hot tub area is also very nice. Overall, the hotel is t great, but there are limited options for Yosemite, so if you need a place close by, it’s decent.

The exterior was well taken care of and the pools were great. Check-in and check-out was easy and the workers were pleasant. Proximity to the park was a huge plus! Coffee should have been free in the lobby and a continental breakfast should have been available for those leaving for the park before the restaurant opened at 7:00!! (And it was out of our budget)

Location near Yosemite was very convenient. Hard to find at night since it's a few miles past the town in the address and our phone GPS/data had pour signal. Room was basic and not updated in awhile. Toilet handle wouldn't flush so had to take the lid off and pull the plunger. Hair dryer on the wall didn't work. Didn't find the one in the bag until leaving. All items in the grocery/convenience store were overpriced. Breakfast in restaurant had only buffet option at $28/person. Not what we were needing before a long days hiking. We didn't use any other amenities and were only there for 8 hours.

The refrigerator was not working when we got there. Which made it a bit inconvenient since it was hot. Once we called maintenance they took care of it.
