The hotel is beautiful but showing its age and lack of maintenance. Very low water pressure in the shower and sink. Hot water takes a few minutes to come on. There were no ice machines or microwaves easily accessible from the room. We had to go to the lobby and get escorted to the 5th floor for ice. I really hope they can get the place restored to its previous grandeur, it is a beautiful place.

Decent hotel centrally located on Guam

Hotel was in a nice location. The grounds were awesome. Beautiful scenery and centrally located made it a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. I was unimpressed with the rooms. They did not offer anything but twin beds and the rooms were adequate. The bathroom was modern but corners were cut on the construction. There was a bit of mold in the bathrooms and the toilet constantly leaked. There were also marks all over the walls of the bedrooms and hallways. I assume from furniture being pushed around. I will also say it was a little expensive for the quality of the stay. It is set up to cater to the Japanese more then your typical westerner, it showed especially in the buffet! Overall it was a good experience. Just minutes away from the beaches and "downtown" guam. Little expensive for the quality of stay but still cheaper than a beach hotel!!
