駅に直結してるかのように近いのがとても便利でした。ショッピングエリアが沢山あり楽しめます。スタッフさんの対応が親切、かつプロフェッショナルで、とても良かったです。ダブルのお部屋もゆったりとしていてのんびり出来ました。朝食が素晴らしく豪華でした。

The room was very clean and I noticed that the linens are changed every time the staff cleans the room. You also have very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable front desk staff

This hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and the room was great - a good sized room for 2 people (we had the twin room). I would definitely stay here again. Also very convenient access to 2 different train stations for easy access to Tokyo and the HND airport.

I really like this hotel but unfortunately it is out of my budget. I was only to stay here because i use my expedia points. If i have the budget, I will definitely stay here. The staff were kind and friendly. They allowed me to deposit my things before my checkin which was very convenient! The staff also let me borrow their vacuum as I needed to vacuum seal my plushies which i won from ufo catcher or claw machine.
