Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was compact but very clean, comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller (I liked the converted warehouse look and feel). Breakfast buffet was excellent for price. Free shuttle from Haneda Aiport and to Kawasaki station should be adequate for most people relying on public transportation to get around.

Nice and clean hotel. Very close to airport.

Hotel was very nice for a close to airport hotel. Shuttle was punctual. Check in was much longer than other hotels in Japan though and instructions to the shuttle was a bit confusing. This is important because staff in the airport does not seem to know where the shuttle stops were and the airport is quite large. I did not try the shower because I was too tired to use it and the restaurant was closed by the time we got there. They do have vending machines with drinks and the lobby has some noodles and cookies for sale. Sitting area was nice and there's a large window where you can look out for the shuttle.

Great hotel for the night before the airport, nice, clean and the shuttle is super convenient. However there is not much to do around the area, they have a western style restaurant and a bar. My big no-no was that even though it is a big area with lots of “common spaces” but we couldn’t use them unless you are consuming their food/drinks. We did not want a hamburger for dinner and got sushi and we were not allowed to sit anywhere, not even in the common spaces that were not the restaurant, to eat. We were sent to our small rooms to consume our food. Great stay for one night, but would not stay for longer.

Property is amazing for the people who are either leaving or like not being around people. The food options are a bit far but the views of the sea and airport make up for it. The breakfast buffet was vast but simple and had a little something for everyone. The bath house was beautiful and the sunlight coming in is breathtaking. The room is great for you to sleep in and the amenities provided were a grace.
