The apartment is situated at the very heart of the city center, two minute walk from the Republic square which is actually the heart of the Capital Yerevan. It is fully renovated and provided with all the necessary furniture and amenities. Meanwhile it is a very sunny and bright apartment. Number of supermarkets, Metro station, restaurants, boutiques, banks, bars and different places of leisure are around the apartment. Notable to mention that it has a view to the popular Mount Ararat.

The most popular Republic square and the most modern avenue of the city, Northern Avenue, are just 2 min walk from the apartment.
