Great view, friendly staff

Really great stay. I came during the low season and I think I was the only guest at the hotel. Great views of Bagan at the rooftop bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I had a single internet or power outage during the stay (which is not common in this area).

This hotel is very close to the airport which is what we needed. It’s basic but clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

A pleasant stay.

Our stay was only for a night. The hotel staff was excellent and communication with the front desk was easy. All staff were courteous and friendly. We had a meal at the restaurant and were served by a group of trainees - they provided excellent service! Check-in and out was efficient. Please keep up this service standard. The room was clean (important) and all equipment in a serviceable condition. Bed was comfortable. There is only one aspect of the room that we were not too comfortable with. There is a glass panel in the bathroom. Although it was covered with a layer of paint on both sides with a spotlight on the outside, it is better to have a solid wall instead for peace of mind. Overall we had a pleasant stay and exceeded our expectations. We would come back again.

Unpleasant manager

The hotel is quite new but the Manager of the hotel was very unpleasant. There is nothing interesting close by, we stayed here because it is close to the bus station.
