Marvellous residential located on an East-Southeast facing slope with fabulous views of the marsh and the Mediterranean Sea. It is located in the municipality of Xeresa, a small and charming village just three kilometres from the beach and eight from Gandia, the county capital.

Fantastic DUPLEX apartment with all the necessary amenities for perfect holidays. It offers a large terrace of thirty square metres, alongside a living and dining area of the same surface with a complete American kitchen with a dining bar. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower tray. On the upper floor, equipped with air conditioning, are the three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one of them en-suite with a bathtub, and the second with a shower tray in the hallway. All these bedrooms have a balcony with views of the sea and common areas. Includes parking space and WIFI service.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and setting the table, fitted with a washing machine and microwave.

The Xeresa del Monte residential is built on a slope, and therefore we remind you that there are many steps and stairs to overcome. There are external lifts to move between a wide communal area and the three swimming pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These, with their green landscaped environment, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: sunbeds, changing rooms and toilets.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km and 8 km respectively, offer lifeguard service in high season, as well as a great variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the county, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marsh. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between the beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
