Very bad
Our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness and communication issues. When we arrived, the flat had clearly not been cleaned: there were hairs in the shower, toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, no sheets on the bed, and no towels provided. The bed hadn’t been made at all (no sheets/duvwt cover/pillowcases), and basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo were entirely missing.We had to go out and buy essentials ourselves, including toilet paper, and eventually found towels and bedding stuffed in a bag on the landing outside the flat. We ended up cleaning the bathroom and making the beds ourselves which was not ideal, especially at the start of an anniversary trip.To make matters worse, there was no welcome booklet or WiFi information in the flat, and the management company was extremely difficult to get hold of. Phone calls went unanswered, and communication through the VRBO app was slow and frustrating. At one point I was told to email photos of the issues but wasn’t even given an address to send them to.After raising a complaint, the host did refund the first night. The flat itself has potential and would have been quite nice had it been properly cleaned and prepared. Due to the cleanliness and management issues I would advise avoiding this property.
