We had several problems during our stay the first one was when my husband got in the shower the water started to backing up in the bathroom tube we called the front desk for help bu no one showed up to help us so we have to go to the place that we did the check in to complain. They gave us another room, but then the fire alarm started ringing on the middle of the night so. we had to run outside. Stay there for like 20 minutes my son was so scared cause he was already sleeping when this happened. Then the second day the same thing happened the fire alarm started drinking about the same time,this was at the Roma Hotel, we were very disappointed They have a beautiful waterpark, but l were very disappointed about the hotel

Someone went in our room and left a ziplock bag full of cooked chicken that had mold all over it. Staff said they looked at the log for entry into our room and no one but us went in. We definalty did not put it there. Very unprofessional. Tub would not drain. The worst place i have ever stayed

The outdoor parks close at 6 pm and they do not disclose that! The indoor park is under construction so if the weather is cold like it was this weekend you’re just out of luck with bored kids!! My kids got to swim maybe 20 mins I am very disappointed and now broke because we had to find other ways to entertain our kids.

Walls were paper thin you could hear the people next door yelling all night super annoying. Plus the bed need a upgrade spring beds that make noise are not good beds. And on top of that the indoor pool area is still half closed after 1 year of remodeling? No hot tub at all.

The indoor water park was closed we weren't told anything ar check in about it beinf closed. The water park closed ar 5pm. So there was no more ro really do after 5pm. You could do the theme park but not many rides. The food court by the indoor water park was closed on monday. Our bath tub didn’t drain well showering. So that was nasty. I picked hotel rome and check out. Then they gave me building 10. So i had to pay more for hotel rome. Super disappointed with this stay. We drove 12 hours to go there. This place used to be the best. But it has went down hill big time. If i knew rhar before i would of never went there.

Stay three nights and during all three nights, there was no room cleaning no garbage pick up and no clean towels. We had to reuse the same towels, garbage got piled up, and they informed us that they do not make beds room do not get clean during the stay but a high resort fee is charged per day. During our stay, the police have to be called to stop a fight at the waterpark and adults got arrested, and in the night we heard the car alarms going off while we looked out the window and we had some people going through the cars.

Your hotel staff was very unorganized and unprofessional. We had a horrible stay experience because of your staff. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here. The park is fun that’s all .

No Longer worth our time or money

When we checked in they hit us with a hidden fee for our child even though the room stated they were included, our neighbors in the room next to us were fighting until the cops were called. The hotel staff was rude when I brought these issues up.

Our check in process was horrible. We were told there was no chance for getting into our room early, which is fine but there is usually always a chance. I was told I would receive a text when our room. Was ready with our room number. Check in was at 4. 4:20 came and went without a text. I called customer service and found out our room has been ready without a text notification. She said she'd send me an email with my reservation information...still no text and no room number. I had to call customer service again to get our room number. Very frustrating and irritated. Finally got our room info at about 4:40.
