We had several problems during our stay the first one was when my husband got in the shower the water started to backing up in the bathroom tube we called the front desk for help bu no one showed up to help us so we have to go to the place that we did the check in to complain. They gave us another room, but then the fire alarm started ringing on the middle of the night so. we had to run outside. Stay there for like 20 minutes my son was so scared cause he was already sleeping when this happened. Then the second day the same thing happened the fire alarm started drinking about the same time,this was at the Roma Hotel, we were very disappointed They have a beautiful waterpark, but l were very disappointed about the hotel

The cost was higher than the total Expedia said of $499. The girl at the desk said the resort fees were higher and didn't explain the reason for the extra charges.

Our hotel room was in building 11. It was... pretty poor. The surrounding building was a motel, definitely not a resort. The room was clean but old. The bath drain didn't work. Electrical outlets were in inconvenient locwtions. The theme park was a lot of fun, which was the hoghlight of our trip. The room came with wrist bands and a parking pass which was nice. Food at the theme park was substandard and overpriced. Think worse than Disney but more expensive.I wouldn't book again. If I you want to go to the theme park, book at a different hotel and just pay for the tickets and parking serparately, unless you dont mind a poor room.

We stayed in building 29 with Mount Olympus. Overall the room was fine. I knew it would be a drive-about 5 min from the water/theme park, so we were prepared for that. We stayed 4 nights- if you are expecting a 5 star hotel, this is not it, but if you want a decent place to sleep, it works. We had a double queen room which had a table and 2 wooden chairs, but there is no additional seating available. The fridge and microwave worked. This building had ice and vending available, but there is no coffee in room or on property. You are told the resort fee covers pool towels and wi-fi, however we had no wi-fi during our stay. I did call and was told "they will look into it" and never heard back. The pool towels are located in the indoor water park and was not really convenient, so bring your own. It would be nice for the building to have a small pool or something to do after the big waterpark closes at 7. Surrounding hotels have pools on site. The wrist bands are great as you don't have to worry about carrying a room key or money around the parks. You can charge anything to your card on file while visiting the parks and it comes out of your account that day (not at check out). The room and grounds were clean (if you want any house keeping services, you have to call and request).

We stayed at the Rome resort area and the room was very underwhelming for the price we paid. The room was updated,however the bathroom had not been and was moldy and had a strong odor. The proximity of the water park was of course the best part of the resort.

We had a blast staying at Rome! You could walk back and forth to the park anytime. Nice reserved parking for hotel guests! Our room was clean and had lots of space.

Even do they were sings about not smoking people were using the vapes on the outside parks . Also did not like that the indoor park is closed at 7 pm it should open till 9 or 10 pm other resorts in the area have the indoor parks open till 11pm.
