Charming three bedroom, two bath year round cottage on Lake Cobbosseconte. Sun-porch dining and sitting area with beautiful lake views. Washer & dryer, kitchen, living room. Outdoor deck, lakeside patio, dock, and swim float. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with gorgeous sunsets. Boat rentals available at nearby Marina and public boat launch less than half mile from the cottage.. Excellent bass fishing lake!

You can rent boats not far from the property. you can rent a boat, and enjoy fishing in the lake all year round. We have ice fishing tournament around winter time.

This is a two unit property, the downstairs is occupied by full time residents. Both units share access to the dock. Please park near the house and leave space by the garage for tenants.

Ironman getaway

This was a beautiful spot right on the lake! Close to Augusta for an early morning at Ironman 70.3 Maine. We enjoyed the lake. It did get hot upstairs with no AC but there was plenty of room for 4 of us and our gear.

Perfect stay for my son’s graduation weekend. It was a busy weekend, so nice to be able to retreat to the serenity of this lovely lake house in between events. Hearing the Loons in the early morning on our way out to commencement, priceless!

Peaceful Little Escape

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We spent most of the time fishing for bass. The cottage is quaint and we loved the lake view and the house plants. The kitchen had everything we needed with one one the largest spice assortments I'd ever seen in a vacation property. Thanks Ruth, we would gladly stay here again.

Great house on the lake~

This house is exactly what the listing says it is: a quaint older house on the lake. Perfect area of the lake to go for a canoe or kayak ride. The house itself is in great shape and has enough room for a bunch of people. There were four adult men staying in the house and we had plenty of room in between fishing. Really nice place for a getaway. Ruth, the owner, was quite responsive and answered all of my questions quickly with patience. A great find overall.
