There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Description
An attractive, completely renovated holiday home in Niedersfeld. All comfort and attractive decor is present for a successful holiday. The living room has a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave and oven. There are two bedrooms; one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.
From the living room you step onto the sunny terrace, followed by a large garden. And what a view you have from the terrace. That will be enjoyed after a long holiday!

House
You can easily park your car in front of the door. A storage room is available for storing your (ski) gear.

Surroundings
Located around beautiful nature, you take the bike to take the challenging mountain bike courses, walk to the Hillebachsee where you can water ski, wakeboarding, surfing, rent pedal boats, swimming, table tennis, volleyball and much more.
It is a winter paradise for everyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, tobogganing (toboggan is present), skiing in Niedersfeld or the beautiful and snow sure Winterberg
(10 minutes drive and you are on beautiful slopes) or hiking on the beautiful Hochheide.

Action and peace go hand in hand in Hochsauerland and let everyone enjoy it to the fullest. Whether for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, bobsledding, paragliding, waves, Nordic walking, the silence of a walk or relaxation in the Wellness. In Winterberg you will find a perfect combination of movement, fun and adventure.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to cancel up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
