The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. Keep an eye out throughout the building for subtle mentions to the past and the stories this unique building holds.

This one bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people on a king size bed. Spacious open living area offers original flooring, high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and tons of character. We loved the "step back in time" 1900 Grain Exchange building! Big windows, wood floors, open and airy- it was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed walking the trails along the Mississippi River and the neighborhood coffee shops! We will be back.

Great little base camp
My wife and I loved the condo! It was very clean and comfortable, the perfect basecamp for our outdoor excursions in the area. If we were in the area again we would definitely rent it again.

Amazing spot in a cute town
Highly recommend this property in Winona. Both the building and apartment are clean, safe, quite, and in a fantastic area downtown. We walked to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and the brewery. The property manager was great to work with & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
