Perfect QUIET getaway!!! The tiny home was just as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft area as their own space. My 2yr old managed the stairs to the loft without any problems. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need and linens and towels were very clean and readily available. The property grounds was perfect for kids to explore outdoors without the usual crowds in the public river access points which made a huge difference for us. The Blanco River was beautiful just a short walk from the tiny home but still directly on the property. Homeowners were not an issue at all being right on the property. To be honest we didn’t see anyone on the property while we were there. Complete privacy the entire weekend. The property management company was excellent with communicating to ensure everything was meeting our expectations while we were there. It was very international and very much appreciated.

The AC upstairs in the loft would never go down past 80. There was no coffee or laundry detergent provided. The outside area was nothing like the picture. Could have used some better landscaping and mowing. Outside chairs should have been cleaned and set up better prior to our arrival. Wasn’t a clear walk to the River like the picture showed. I had to wash every dish I used prior to using them because they weren’t clean. Also they were doing construction on their own house which was kinda distracting as well. Location was easy to find and we enjoyed the stay but would try another place next time.

Perfect spot for a nice getaway! Not too far from downtown Wimberly and remote enough to enjoy the sounds of nature. River access was super nice as well! The house was cozy and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Peace In Wimberley Tx

This was our first time to visit Wimberley Tx and it was great! The weather was perfect and the people of Wimberley Tx were so welcoming! The atmosphere and the food were awesome! We are already looking forward to our next trip to the great town of Wimberley Tx!

Great, with a catch!

Not private! Next to another home with unobstructed view from house to house. The water in the house smells so awful. The yard needs ant treatment badly. The river was peaceful and relaxing. The house is well designed and enjoyable.

The property didn't have easy river access The property had Sulfur bacteria which gave us both diarrheas. The front door key was extremely difficult to use The AC wasn't adjustable There was coffee for one day The hallways were not to code in width Overall, this property was one of the worst I have stayed in

Cute and cozy but not completely Private

The cabin itself was very cute and cozy, minus the ants. We came home with a few bites from ants that were in the bedroom and living room. The listing makes it seem as though it is pretty secluded which is not the case with another property 20 yards away. The river was a little walk down a hill. The river itself was beautiful and very private with only another couple that arrived later in the day. All in all a great weekend with just a few annoyances.

Small but perfect riverside retreat

Great location away from the busy 4th of July river crowd. Access to the Blanco river to an awesome swimming hole. Enjoyed my quiet morning coffee listening to the birds and other hill country sounds. Would definitely stay again. Mattresses upstairs were a bit stiff for my taste but not too bad for my kiddos. Thanks for the Texas hospitality

Father’s Day weekend

Online everything looked so much bigger including the loft. The loft was a good laugh when my kids went up bc they were all too tall so they were crawling.. the placement of the house in the same lot or space as the other house was not ideal for us. We just want to relax and not have to worry about bothering others.. so that was not ideal for us but other than that the property was nice. Also, just a thought.. in looking at the other houses they had steps to get down to the river, which I’d assume be much easier especially if you have any elders visit. Anyways, ty for loaning your property to us

Good family getaway

Pros: The piece of Blanco river access was absolutely amazing!! Both shallow and deep areas and walking distance from the house. Wimberley close by for shops and best restaurant Wimberley Cafe. Cons: Horrible smell from hot water heater when showering that filled the tiny house. (My husband says the anode needs to be removed). Very loud window unit in bedroom and needed to be cleaned better (hair on floor in kitchen bedroom and bathroom and in bed sheets). Neighbors very close to one side of house (although never bothered us).
