This was the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. There was dirt and hair in the shower. The sheets had dirt on them where you could wipe it off if you touched it. There was hair on the floor. The room smelled of mildew. I immediately asked for a refund and left. I would never return to this filthy property

Thank you for your response. We cxl. your room and within 1/2 hour we rented the same room to another guest and they ended up staying for three nights. Thank you for not staying with us, it helped us selling the same room 2 additional nights. Have a good day.

First of all, when I arrived to check in there was a family who clearly was not happy about their accommodations which caused my check in the be delayed. The clerk seemed 'unbothered' by the mishap and gave them some kind of refund. (Never acknowledging I was present or apologetic for my wait.) When I got to the desk, she did not look up or acknowledge me for many seconds. Finally she asked my information, by now approximately 4:10, only to tell me she had to go see what rooms were clean because nothing was open in the system. (How can a hotel expect you to pay the same rate when rooms are not ready as listed?) I get in my room as the housekeeper is walking out, not realizing until later, there are only two washcloths and two towels. However, the room was clean. Then approx. 4:30am I am awaken by who I guess is management and a hotel guest out in the hallway arguing. I get up and head to the front to complain and ask for extra washcloths and towels to be greeted by a hotel staff in pajamas who I learned had to sleep on the conference room floor because her room was sold by management. I'm so done......

Dirty Room

Very dirty room. Attention to detail, found food wrapper from subway in the night stand with food particles. Carpet needs cleaning. Behind the bed headboard was exceptionally filthy

Nice and clean

Pros: Overall, good nice room.
Cons: The bathroom is very small, which the sink was in the bathroom, so this way, you can put your toiletries on something.
Location: Tarboro, NC

It worked for a night

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Knock it down and rebuild.
Location: There are some fast food places nearby along with a Lowes and Wal-Mart. Otherwise, a very sleepy and uneventful area.
I was surprised to see an ashtray in my room and the cigarette smell was overwhelmingly disgusting. Paper thin walls to the point that the room next to me had their TV volume low and I could still hear it. The door to the room seemed to barely fit and secure. There were large gaps in-between the door and the frame. I could hear everybody walking by. There was dried urine/filth on the bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor. One of the bath towels had paint or nail polish smeared on it and the "floor" towel was stained with something dark in color. They were clean otherwise, just in need of replacing. The A/C unit was a bit of a challenge, but I got it to a comfortable temperature. The complementary breakfast was also questionable. The eggs seemed to be very watery and more like yellow grits. Must have been some form of dehydrated eggs. Totally nasty.

Clean, Great Price, Great Location, Internet & Breakfast included...

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Stayed one night w/family on way to Outer Banks. Location was right off of expressway. Gas Stations, Walmart, Lowes... across street. Room was clean & comfortable. Price was great for 3-Star Hotel in area. Free Internet access. 24/hour coffee & good breakfast included to top it off. Would stay there again if in the area.
