Named Mo after a previous owner this 100 yr old house is 2 story with a full kitchen downstairs and a mini kitchen upstairs. Each bedroom has its own TV and fully locking keyed doors.
There is a small spiral staircase inside but a full staricase outside for larger items.
please note due to its proximity to outside venues this is NOT always a quiet house, as bars in the surrounding areas sometimes have outdoor live music.

Access to the upstairs is by a spiral staircase, which may be unsuitable for persons with mobility issues or small children.

House was great and in a great location. We flew to Wilmington so to have coffee pods and some snacks upon arrival was so nice. The option to buy a bottle of wine or champagne was also a nice option. We loved being able to smoke OUTDOORS with a groovy place to sit. Hostess was communicative and helpful. Loved having Barzarre right behind us with fun options!

The host is amazing, responsive, and understanding. The house is definitely a vacation home! The house is located near unique shops and restaurants. The house is clean and no bugs. The house was so great we did not go to the beach!!! Lovely vacation!!!

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for two days while in town visiting family. The house was beautiful and well stocked with the necessities. Check in and out were quick and easy. Host was helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would recommend.

Had a pleasant stay. The home is spacious and comfortable with all of the amenities that we needed, including coffee, tea, sugar and some water bottles. The back yard has a comfortable and relaxing sitting area under a beautiful shade tree. The area was convenient and close to UNCW and not far from the beaches.

Check-in process was seamless. House clean and ready to accommodate. Many ammenities already provided. Communication with host was pleasant and quick. Surprisingly quiet, given the house is next door to a bar. Would stay again.
