I loved the location and the home itself. I would highly recommend and if I go back to Wilmington, I would pick this home again. We only had 1 issue at check in, the house was not prepared for us. After speaking with Vrbo and the property manager everything was resolved by next day. I was not happy that Vrbo had me to contact the property manager instead of them taking the lead, but he was courteous and extremely helpful. Property manager even checked in on us mid week and at the end to ensure we were taken care of. I appreciate his assistance.

Whole experience was better than anticipated. Gorgeous home with top notch furnishings and clean beyond any expectation. Also, great communication with owner. Didn’t want to leave, and will definitely go back!
