The room had brown stains on the chair, the bathroom walls, and the carpet. Paint was peeling on the ceiling. the room did not feel clean overall. The top of the desk/table surface was dirty. The deadbolt did not work. The first room we were given had tape over the lock restricting the door from locking. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. No coffee in the lobby. Hallways looked dark, dirty.

This hotel has seen better days. It was surface clean, as in the bedding was clean but there was stuff all over the walls and surfaces that indicates the hotel is never deep cleaned or given more than a cursory wipe down.

Terrible Hotel

Room spelled like dog piss. The carpeting in the rooom and throughout is filthy, stained and disgusting. We complained 3x and finally gave us a can of lysol to spray in the room. Something from the room whether dog issue or mold caused eye issues and a constant cough.

Our room had dried food on furniture and carpet. The TV in the sleeping room did not work. The one in the living area would not adjust volume. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask for one. Key cards did not open side entrances, the only way I’m was the main entrance. The sheets, towels, bathroom were clean. We arrived too late to make a fuss about it and left the next morning. Not likely to return.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly at all. The room was filthy. I asked for a different room. The cetaff member seemed annoyed that i asked. The second room was just as dirty. I found hair in the tub and something stcky on the desk. Outside the hotel, there was trash everywhere. I'll never stay here again.

There was mold in bathroom, upon arrival to my room there was a bug to welcome us on the curtain and floors were covered in crumbs. Didn’t see any employees in front desk majority of the time. There were lots of kids in the pool unattended and nothing was clean
