We had a great time glamping in Miss Abby. She was very clean and the full bed was very comfortable. We could not figure out how to make the couch into a bed but my daughter was small enough to sleep on the couch. The first night was fine but the second night was a bit uncomfortable since the seat cushions were firm. I think it would be fine for a child or teen. The property was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom facility large and very clean. My daughters loved getting ready together. We also liked the shower being outdoors (partially covered) and we did see some bugs but they didn’t bother us. We didn’t get in the pool but we did read on the pool loungers and use the common area to play cards and the couches are very comfortable. It would be a great place to have a girls weekend or bachelorette party. It is only an easy 15 minute drive to Fredericksburg.The only suggestions I have is to make it clear that the kitchen is not really equipped for cooking. There was only plastic wear and two coffee mugs. We did not need it but if we had wanted to make something, we would not have been able to. Overall our stay it exceeded our expectations and we are making plans to go back with friends.
