The suite and bathroom were spacious an clean. The bathroom countertop was unusually high, and the HVAC blew air directly at the head end of the bed, and seemed to warm the suite very slowly. Plan ahead if you don't want to pay $25/night + tips (2025) for parking.

The setup of the room was convenient. The different spaces helped with having kids in there. For our purposes it was a bit out of the way for where we thought we were going to be.

A suite with out basic amenities.

Since it’s a SUITE hotel I had high expectations. When we got to the suite the freezer door of fridge was open and would shut as there was too much frost and it had started to defrost all over the floor. We called. They brought a replacement. It did t really work either. We had a very nice dinner off property and wanted to eat them in the morning. Despite the suite having a cooktop, a microwave and a washer dryer it was only stocked with 2 glasses, 2 coffe cups & then 2 more glasses in bathroom. Are you supposed to bring your own table Service and cookware? Not even a plastic fork to be found. So we were forced to order room service. It was delivered efficiently the lady that delivered said “yeah it dumb they don’t have silverware or anything in these rooms”. I agree

Great property, very clean, safe. Front desk was nice, Valet was great/ $25 a night, The suite was amazing; 2 double beds in one room, living room/kitchen in the other room, tub and toilet in a separate from sink which makes it easy for everyone to get ready. We went to a concert at the Huntington Bank Field and booked here because the bus is pretty much a straight path there. However, be careful because the bus ride is much longer than we thought, it makes about 15 stops and we waited a while for it to even come. It’s only $5 for the day but we did Uber at one point because we didn’t want to be late. If you aren’t on a time crunch then this hotel is great for fairly close proximity to downtown.
