Had no idea of the rate I paid, when I got to my room. There were no shower towels. Sidewalks were not shoveled after snow that has been on them for weeks. Furniture is dirty rooms are dirty staff is rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The room was clean and comfortable. They have sturdy luggage carts and an elevator. The staff at check in was pleasant and efficient. It is pet friendly. Breakfast was very minimal, we went to Macy’s European Bakery which was awesome. My only complaint is the fitness room. Only the entryway light came on and one of the five main lights just flickered. All the equipment was crammed close together and I had to climb over the bike to get to the treadmill. Then the lights went out 15 minutes into my walk, guess the sensor couldn’t see me! There was nothing to wipe things down with. I would have told the property about it but there was no one at the desk when I checked out. Comfortable enough place to spend one night but might be able to do better for the money.

The bathroom toilet was not seated properly and every time you sat on it, it moved and at times would not flush. The tub had mold at the seams as well. Also there was no extra toilet paper and the one on the roll was less than half. Had to get up at 3:30 in the morning to go to office to get toilet paper and then wait 15 minutes as he tried to find some.

I did not like the fact that there were 3 doors in my room. It made me feel less safe. I did not like the fact that i could not close my heavy curtains, only the sheers were closeable. It was clean, the staff were very helpful! Both the check-in staff and housekeeping went above and beyond to help me.
