The property was much smaller than it was on the photos. I don't think the cleaning service did a good job between the guests. There were several strands of hair all over the pillows and sheets in the master bedroom, which led me to believe the sheets were not clean and changed. The freezer had frozen spills, water was left in the keurig container, spider webs in the corners of the kitchen appliances, shower curtains need to be changed or cleaned or perhaps a better quality. There were bars of used soap in the bathroom drawers, open mouth wash container, with mouth wash still in it...I mean who shares that! wrappers in the trash can under the trash bag, and crumbs in the air fryer. The stairs were steep and narrow. There was a light socket in the kitchen that looked hazardous.......perhaps homemade. The rug in the living room was DIRTY! It had several spots. I mean, as much as they charge people, surely you can get a nice rug from Ross or Home Goods. For me to write a review like this, I must have been disappointed. If it was only a few things, I would have let it go, but this was too much. The hair on the sheets and pillow cases did it for me. My question to the owners, would you stay in your own VRBO?
