The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Cattail Recreation Area is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more. Cattail Recreation Area will also provide us with an all new way to try some tasty Food Truck fare, located along the Hogeye Pedestrian Path, a beautiful 16 mile pedestrian path that will allow you to be one with nature. The just completed Water Lilly Recreation Center with its beautiful motif is the closest of these recreation centers only minutes by golf cart and includes a family pool among its amenities.

This home comes complete and includes a 2020 GAS GOLF CART, BBQ grill, BICYCLES W/HELMETS & BIKE PUMP, WiFi internet connection, & SO MUCH MORE!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
