First off I called and asked if they had valet parking and was told they did. They do not. From the self parking it is a long walk and hard to find front desk. Very confusing layout.

Toilet constantly running making a loud whistling sound. Shower not working well and had pressure issues. No outlets worked in the room. All needing replacement or repair. Bed was not very comfortable. The casino was good and ate at the sports grill which was pretty good as well.

I have had all pleasant and memorable experiences at the Golden Nugget until this last visit. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The garbage can in the living area and bathroom did not have bags in them. There was no hand soap in the bathroom . The ice bucket did not have a bag either. The air conditioner was not cooling. I had a knock on the door when it cleary said do not disturb. They were delivering towels to the wrong room. I’m very disappointed.
